Agents Earn Comp Nights with Island Destinations

Island Destinations is launching a National Travel Agent Appreciation Campaign to reward luxury travel professionals for booking participating resorts.  The program gives agents the opportunity to earn complimentary nights for new bookings in 2009 and helps mark Island Destinations 25th anniversary.

“In today’s challenging market, agents are working harder than ever,” said Laurie Palumbo, COO of Island Destinations.  “This campaign lets us and our resort partners show them that we appreciate their business while giving them the chance to earn a much-needed vacation.  In addition, the campaign underscores our commitment to luxury travel agents and gives them the opportunity to experience our signature product and services.”

The Island Destinations National Travel Agent Appreciation Campaign offers: One complimentary night for each new paid booking of four nights or more for clients from February 16 - May 30 for travel through December 15, 2009 and two complimentary nights for each new paid booking of seven nights or more for clients from February 16 - May 30 for travel through December 15, 2009

Complimentary stay certificates will be valid for travel May 1 - December 15, 2009 and May 1, 2010 - December 15, 2010 and will be issued to each agent by Island Destinations upon completion of client travel.  Offer is valid on new bookings made at any available rate through Island Destinations (excluding complimentary nights).  A maximum of seven complimentary nights can be earned per agent, per resort and certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, extended or reimbursed if not used.

Nights can only be earned per booking and bookings are non-combinable. Complimentary stays are based on double occupancy and are subject to availability; room categories will be determined by each property. Subject to additional tax and service charges.  Blackout periods may apply at the discretion of each participating property.  Complimentary nights must be redeemed directly through each resort.  Program subject to change without notice.  Contact an Island Destinations Specialist for details.
