AMResorts, which has hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean, today announced the appointment of Violeta Sales as corporate director of groups. The announcement was made by AMResorts' Senior Director of Sales Matthew J. Mullen.
Sales brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the groups, meetings, and incentive sector. Her professional sales experience and extensive knowledge in this segment has led her to climb the corporate ladder and serve several executive positions within the travel industry.
Most recently, Sales was corporate director of group sales for Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts, representing more than 350 hotels in 35 countries and seven brands.
