Aquamare to Build in Anguilla and Mystique, Looking into Mexico

Travel Agent sat down with Guillermo Paz, co-owner of Aquamare, Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands last week and learned that the company has plans to build villas in Anguilla and Mystique and is currently looking into several regions in Mexico.

But Paz told Travel Agent groundbreaking on properties in Anguilla and Mystique is not expected until about three years from now. All three properties, including one in an undetermined region of Mexico, will be completed sometime in the next 10 years, he says. Aquamare currently has one, three-villa property located in Virgin Gorda. Besides the architecture of the property, Paz says the new additions will all be similar to the Virgin Gorda resort, which has three, five-bedroom villas, two maids for each villa, chefs and a concierge on site. Paz says real estate companies have already begun work on the additional Caribbean properties, while the Mexico development is still in the research phase. Aquamare is scoping the Punta Mita, Riviera Maya and Puerto Vallarta regions of Mexico for what would be its fourth property. Visit www.villaaquamare.com.
