ARC Introduces CRSP ID Program for Hotel Users

The Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) has followed up its new Accreditation Mark program for travel agents with the introduction of a new Corporate Reservation Service Provider (CRSP) identification system. The new program is available to companies wishing greater control and transparency of bookings and revenues.  Available to corporations, ARC’s CRSP launch provides visibility to Hotel Solutions’ automation system that integrates hotel bookings and commissions.

“Agencies and corporate travel departments have long enjoyed accurate and timely tracking of travel spending and commissions,” says Mike Premo, ARC’s vice president of marketing, sales and customer care. “This new level participation allows corporations clearer visibility of their bookings with all suppliers who rely on the ARC identifier for volume tracking and commission payments. We have known for some time that suppliers and buyers alike appreciate the ease of use of the ARC number for these purposes and we are pleased to offer this new level of control in today’s challenging economic environment.”

“Hotel Solutions," a third party system, is recognized by leading corporate travel managers as a complete and integrated answer to preferred rate compliance as well as tracking both complex hotel spend and commissions,” said Robert Langsfeld, president of Hotel Solutions. “The component of a unique ARC identification provides a key additional value likely to make this the solution that no corporate travel manager can afford to do without.” Visit or [email protected].
