Baha Mar Resorts Ltd. to Manage Wyndham Nassau Resort in The Bahamas

Baha Mar Resorts Ltd. announced Thursday it has inked an agreement with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to manage Wyndham Nassau Resort. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts will manage and oversee the daily operations of the 850-room property including sales, marketing, revenue management and food-and-beverage support. Jeffry Humes has been appointed as managing director of the property and will “work closely with the current management team to ensure a smooth transition with the existing team at the resort and the Wyndham organization,” according to a written release.  Humes has more than 30 years experience working in various management positions within the hospitality and gaming industries. He has been a consultant and operations director for many notable casinos in the U.S., including the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and Bally’s Grand Casino Hotel, both in Atlantic City, and the Condado Plaza Hotel and Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
