Bellagio Welcomes New Sadelle’s Location

Sadelle’s, a New York-based brunch restaurant from Major Food Group, has found a second home in Las Vegas at the Bellagio. Overlooking the Bellagio Conservatory, the new restaurant serves bagels and smoked-fish platters, triple-decker sandwiches, burgers, salads, caviar and more.

The Las Vegas Sadelle’s will offer an assortment of roaming carts. First among these is Sadelle’s Pastry Cart serving sticky buns, raspberry donuts, chocolate chip cakes and an assortment of other baked goods. The Bloody Mary Cart will also roam the restaurant, visiting tables and serving the classic cocktail, as well as variants that include horseradish vodka and black pepper vodka.

The restaurant’s dinner menu features classics from the SoHo location, like the spicy fried chicken with acacia honey and coleslaw, as well some new options. Among these additions are the Grilled Branzino with Meyer lemon and sesame spinach and a New York-style Ribeye with smothered onions.

Sadelle’s breakfast menu includes everything from a classic breakfast sandwich to eggs Benedict topped with caviar. Sadelle’s Towers will also make their way to the new Las Vegas location, serving up selections of smoked fish and other bagel toppings. Other morning highlights include cheese blintzes, French toast and blueberry pancakes.

The new restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6 a.m. to midnight. It marks the second Major Food Group entry into the Las Vegas dining scene, following the 2015 opening of Carbone at ARIA Resort & Casino.
