Travel Agent got the skinny Tuesday on yet another great property set to open its doors in Cartagena, Colombia.
The Tcherassi Hotel & Spa will be ready to take reservations by September 15. This will mark the end of a two-year restoration and renovation project that turned a 250-year-old colonial mansion into a seven-room resort.
All rooms are spacious and each will have a balcony. The resort will also have a two-treatment room spa and a 40–seat indoor/outdoor restaurant. Both the spa and the restaurant will be open to the public.
Also, a private lounge on the third floor provides guests with an outdoor bar and daybeds. The roof offers a 360-degree view of the historic city and the sea. We recommend booking this for couples but one room has a double bed to accommodate families as well.
