London-based hotel management company Dorchester Collection has named Christopher Cowdray chief executive officer. Previously, Cowdray served as general manager of The Dorchester hotel and as managing director of Claridge's. Formerly known as Dorchester Group, Dorchester Collection comprises The Dorchester in London, the Beverly Hills Hotel in Las Angeles, Le Meurice and Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris and Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan.
