Harjit "G.T." Dhillon has been named vice president of Global Travel Industry Relations for Carlson Hotels. Dhillon will be responsible for leading the company's strategy regarding travel management companies, travel consortia and online travel agents. He will try to grow revenue and market share for Carlson.
“G.T.’s experience and extensive knowledge of the travel intermediaries will escalate the momentum of one of our key priorities, which is to significantly grow our share from this critical segment,” said Fredrik Korallus, executive vice president of Global Revenue Generation at Carlson.
Dhillon most recently worked at Hilton for 18 years, where he was the managing director of travel industry relations. He has also worked for Hyatt and Disneyland during his hospitality career.
