Divi Little Bay Beach Resort Implements Renovations

St. Maarten's Divi Little Bay Beach Resort will implement a renovation plan totaling $25 million. The renovations will target 34 guest rooms and public spaces, including restaurants and the pool, as well as expand the resort's timeshare inventory. The resort's 14 hillside casita units have been converted into nine luxury timeshare one-bedroom suites, and 36 beachfront hotel rooms are being converted into 12 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom timeshare units. The augmentation of the timeshare inventory will be rolled out over the next two years. Visit [www.diviresorts.com].
