El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico recently introduced Timothy Arnold as the hotel’s new managing director of food and beverage.
Arnold brings more than 25 years of hotel and restaurant experience to the luxury resort. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of El San Juan Hotel’s food and beverage operations, including the resort’s nine restaurants, 15 bars and in-room dining programming.
“Puerto Rico has a vibrant culinary scene that I am looking forward to being a part of,” said Arnold in a written release. “While the El San Juan Hotel has always been a celebrated cultural staple in Puerto Rico, the new projects we are developing will reinvigorate the Isla Verde food and entertainment scene, taking it to new heights.”
Prior to joining the El San Juan Hotel, Arnold served in various roles launching and growing luxury hospitality operations, including director of food and beverage at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, a Four-Diamond resort home to eight restaurants and bars in Hollywood Beach, FL.
