The Fairmont St. Andrews Bay in Scotland is the newest addition to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts' collection. As of July 1, Fairmont will begin managing the resort with plans to re-flag it in the fall. The 209-room resort has five dining outlets, a full-service spa and health club, and two 18-hole golf courses. The property will undergo an approximately $18 million refurbishment over the next few years of guestrooms and public areas while upgrading the technology. St. Andrews brings Fairmont's European portfolio to three properties, joining The Savoy, A Fairmont Hotel in London and the Fairmont Monte Carlo.
