Holiday Inn Creates Branded Guest Experience

Holiday Inn is standardizing service at all hotels with a new branded guest experience, called People Notice. The service will build on the chain's brand promise, "Relax, It's Holiday Inn," anticipating guests' needs, taking the extra step to make guests comfortable and treating guests like a friend. All full-service Holiday Inn hotels in the U.S. will implement the service by September.
