Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has announced the completion of renovations to the Iberostar Dominicana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Guests can now enjoy a modernized lobby with new, modern furniture and additional space to lounge and relax, along with a new look for the property’s shop, StarMarket.
The casino has been expanded by roughly 30 percent and completely renovated with new carpet, new game tables, an expanded bar area and more, also featuring a VIP gambling area for guests at the Grand Bávaro.
Renovations at the main buffet restaurant, Higüey Restaurant, include additional food stations in an enclosed buffet area and open-air tables.
The property’s Mexican restaurant, the Maria Bonita Restaurant, now features a new layout, flooring, furniture and decorations.
Finally, a colonial-style covered walkway, surrounded by gardens, has been built to connect the Hotels Dominicana to Iberostar Punta Cana, for guests’ convenience.
