Iberostar Hotels & Resorts won tour operator Apple Vacation's Crystal Award for Best Hotel Chain. Iberostar operates seven all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, with a new resort, the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso, opening on the Riviera Maya in December, and five resorts in the Dominican Republic.
