Karisma Hotels & Resorts has unveiled the Villa Casa Del Mar, a new oceanfront villa with nearly 12,000 square feet of living space. Villa Casa Del Mar is the fourth and latest offering within the Karisma Villas collection of Gourmet Inclusive properties, comprising Villa Esmerelda, Villa Carola and Villa Maroma - all offered as part of Karisma's Connoisseur Collection

Inside the six-bedroom, six-bathroom oceanfront Villa, guests can enjoy two common living areas, a formal dining room, a fully-equipped granite gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cellar stocked with vintage selections, high-end modern decor and furniture, a wellness gym, and a kids' playhouse with areas allocated for crafts, storytelling and games. Outside, guests have access to a private pool, Jacuzzi, dining and entertaining space, brick pizza oven and views of the Caribbean sea.

Guests who stay at Villa Casa Del Mar are afforded a personal Majordomo, available 24 hours a day to assist with everything from unpacking and re-packing, to grocery shopping, meals, event planning, child care, reservations, booking activities, excursions, car transfers, turn down service and more.

Additional amenities at Villa Casa Del Mar include private terraces (offered on four of the six bedrooms), LCD flat-screen TVs, DVD players, aromatherapy, and a pillow menu. The master suite, nearly 750 square feet, comprises a Jacuzzi for two, walk-in closet, double sofa, balcony and private marble bathroom with a rainforest shower. The property boasts 35,586 square feet of total space - encompassing the villa, outdoor areas and four-car garage.

Villa Casa Del Mar is available for immediate booking for stays starting June 1, 2017.  Rates start at $4,337 per night for up to 12 guests.
