L.E. Hotels has announced the addition of five new properties to its portfolio, including the Hotel Zephyr in San Francisco and four South American properties following a partnership with Bourbon Hotels and Resorts.
Each of the recent additions will receive direct access to L.E. Hotels’ services, including communication channels, a global distribution system and 12 regional sales offices to increase each hotel’s visibility and revenue.
Hotel Zephyr - San Francisco, situated in the city’s Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood, offers guest rooms designed with nautical themes, as well as bar-style workstations, a magnetic dartboard, backgammon, and multi-device docking stations with Smart TV streaming. There is also The Yard, an 8,000-square-foot outdoor lounge and event space, complete with fire pits, shuffleboard and life-sized games such as Connect Four and Jenga.
Located in the metropolitan area of Paraguay’s capital city of Asuncion, Bourbon Conmebol Asuncion Convention Hotel – Luque comprises 168 rooms and suites, as well as an athletic club, yoga room and an outdoor area with a Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Guests can also visit the South American Football Museum, which is connected to the hotel. The property's classic suites include a terrace, panoramic lounge, in-room bar area and a hydro massage tub.
Bourbon São Paulo Express Hotel – Sao Paulo, Brazil is situated near Sao Paulo’s downtown historical center, and offers guests convenient access to the city’s large event pavilions, malls, cultural sites and the municipal theater. The property comprises 116 guest rooms and 11 suites.
Guests staying at the Bourbon Curitiba Convention Hotel – Curitiba, Brazil, have access to the property’s three restaurants; Tom Espaço Gastronômico, Le Bourbon and Kibô Sushi Lobby Bar, all offering a range of international cuisine.
Also recently added to L.E. Hotel’s portfolio is Bourbon Barra Premium Residence – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Situated in the Tijuca neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, the hotel houses 160 superior apartments and 16 premier apartments, all affording views of the city. The property also has a state-of-the-art fitness center comes, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
