Travel Agent sat down Wednesday with representatives of “THEE divine villa,” a new brand launched by LaCure Villas and inspired by LaCURE’s flagship property of Roaring Pavillion Villa & Spa in Jamaica. President Geoffrey Williams told us THEE divine villa’s first property will be a project in West Caicos, Turks & Caicos. Groundbreaking however will not begin until 2010-2011.
Other areas THEE is targeting include the Playa del Carmen area of Mexico’s Rivera Maya, Anguilla, Grenada, The Bahamas, Costa Rica, Southern Italy, Thailand, Indonesia and the French Polynesian, Williams told Travel Agent. All rooms will incorporate the basic template of Roaring Pavillion and will range from 12-15 villas. Among the criteria of a THEE divine villa will be a full-service spa, a floor plan ranging from four-to-six bedrooms with a minimum or 5,500 square feet, butlers, cooks, gardeners, villa managers and more.
