Langham Hotels International has opened the Langham Place Eco Resort + Spa on the island of Koh Lanta in the southern Thailand province of Krabi. The opening marks Langham's first property under a management contract and its first resort. The Krabi resort has 185 rooms and villas spread from the beach up a hillside overlooking Klong Tob Bay. There are four swimming pools and the Chuan Spa, with treatments based on traditional Chinese traditions.
