Le Sereno St. Barthelemy Unveils New Amenities, Experiences for Winter Season

This winter season, Le Sereno St. Barthelemy is inviting guests to experience the hotel's new amenities and experiences, including a new exclusive beach tote by London designer Anya Hindmarch, new spa treatments, dining experiences and seasonal activities.

Le Sereno is located on the beach of the exclusive Grand Cul de Sac and has 36 suites designed by Christian Liaigre; three, four-bedroom villas; a waterfront spa treatment pavilion; and a Mediterranean restaurant.

Catering to its fashion-forward guests, the hotel has introduced a new beach tote by Hindmarch, who has developed a seasonal collection of accessories for Sereno Hotels throughout the last four years.

This season’s new Le Sereno canvas tote features colorful, custom artwork depicting the island of St. Barths and is available exclusively for guests who book one of the three villas with full access to the amenities of the hotel.

Spa Le Sereno has added six new body and facial treatments to its menu. Among the highlights include a "Slimming Body Treatment," which firms skin with a scrub and wrap, and an "Energizing Facial Treatment" that aims to reveal radiant, luminous skin.

For a holiday visit, Restaurant Le Sereno will offer guests traditional festive menus with a Mediterranean twist.

A four-course prix fixe dinner for Christmas features Italian-inspired dishes like blanched tomato stuffed with burrata, pesto and aubergine caviar or risotto alla Milanese with bone marrow.

For New Year’s Eve, guests can choose between a four-course prix fixe menu or a white truffle menu that features dishes like white truffle crusted veal with crispy polenta and porcini vellute or white truffle souffle for dessert.

The newest activity at Le Sereno is a series of guided hikes around the island complete with a club sandwich picnic basket. A great way to explore the island or get the best Instagram photos is walking along St. Barths’ hiking paths, which offer views of beaches, bays and vegetation.

Another way to enjoy the striking beauty of St. Barth is from the ocean. Those with a thirst for adventure will enjoy the thrill of getting in the ocean with Le Sereno’s wealth of water sports available to guests.

Le Sereno’s location on the Grand Cul-de-Sac – a marine reserve with shallow, turquoise waters on the northern side of the island protected from the waves by a coral reef – is great for kitesurfing, sailing, paddle boarding and snorkeling since the coral reef closes off the entire bay.

Le Sereno offers complimentary water sports equipment for guests to enjoy the Grand Cul-de-Sac’s waters and marine life.
