In an age where robust online presence is essential, Leading Spas and Langham Hotels today announced significant upgrades to their respective websites.
Leading Spas' new website is more sophisticated now, says the company, a platform under the Leading Hotels of the World umbrella. It's also now a comprehensive platform for researching, exploring and booking appointments and stays at spas around the world. Visitors to the site can now more easily browse the 108 spas represented by location, type and setting. A section called "Spa Life" includes a glossary of spa terms, tips on spa etiquette and news on hot new treatments.
Langham Hotels' new site, meanwhile, loads faster, is easier to book on and more convenient to use overall.
The new website incorporates new features that take into account how guests search and navigate a website, which, Langham hopes, will improve the overall guest experience and drive revenues and develop new leads.
Other new features include: Googlemaps, so guests can find nearby local attractions and information; new imagery of rooms and public spaces; and personalized e-brochures, which can be created in seconds allowing guests to download relevant information.
