Lowcostbeds.com Extends 15 Percent Commission, Adds New Promotion

cashMore than 2,000 travel agents have registered with lowcostbeds.com, formerly lowcostbeds.us, since its launch earlier this year.

Clem Walshe, managing director for lowcosttravelgroup.com in Ireland, USA and Canada, says: “We have reached this significant milestone with travel agents because they are finding out the site is so very user friendly, offers great pricing along with super commissions. It’s making the agents look even more attractive to their clients.”

As a result of this enthusiastic response, lowcostbeds has extended 15 percent commission until further notice. Agents who register and begin using the site will also find other promotions.

One promotion ending today offers agents an opportunity to win an all-inclusive trip for two to the five star BlueBay Grand Esmeralda in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with up to $500 to cover air fare.

Two lucky winners have already been selected for the monthly prize drawing, and two more will be drawn after the close of the promotion on April 30.

The latest agent promotion is a booking incentive that give travel advisors the chance to earn a $100 gift card for their first 10 prepaid bookings on lowcostbeds.com.

To qualify, agents send an email with the confirmation number of all 10 fully paid bookings along with the user’s ID and name to [email protected]. The email must also contain the name of the person/agency as well as the address where the gift card should be sent. Only one gift card is permitted per agent or agency.

Lowcostbeds.com is part of the lowcosttravelgroup. Founded in the UK in 2004, the group currently generates sales in excess of $700 million annually.

The lowcosttravelgroup is currently making major investments in a new structure that will adopt a truly global approach towards the future buying and distribution of the lowcostbeds brand. Additional overseas buyers have been recruited in order to grow direct contracts in the city, long-haul and short-haul markets.

The company will target more than 75 countries in the next three years as it seeks to achieve $1 billion in revenue during that period.
