Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona Debuts New Eat Well, Feel Well Experience

Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona has unveiled a new Majestic Experience: Eat Well, Feel Well. Majestic Experiences are activities and excursions offered exclusively to guests to explore the hotel and city; this new Majestic Experience is tailored to guests who are seeking to kick off the new year on a healthier note.

In collaboration with Alôft Health Boutique, which offers preventive medicine and wellness programs, the Eat Well, Feel Well experience provides guests with a complete diagnostic test that analyzes their physical health. The tests carried out by the firm evaluates the availability of minerals and elements found in the client’s skin as well as their toxicity levels. Based on these results, the doctor provides visitors with a series of dietary recommendations and personalized treatments that are used by the hotel’s head chef, Luis Llamas, to develop custom menus at the hotel’s farm-to-table concept restaurant, SOLC.

As part of the second phase of the experience, chef Luis Llamas will create a special recipe for the client to take home after their stay. The hotel’s Majestic Spa will also develop a menu with custom treatments based on the results provided by Alôft Health Boutique for guests to enjoy.

Complimenting the Eat Well, Feel Well experience and through the hotel’s Majestic Fit program, guests can also fulfill their New Year’s resolution of staying in shape by hiring a personal trainer and participating in “Dry January,” a trend where one commits to not drinking alcohol for the full month of January, as a way to detox after the holidays. El Bar del Majestic will offer a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails as a result of this initiative.

The Eat Well, Feel Well experience is the latest offering in the hotel’s catalog of curated activities and excursions. Additional Majestic Experiences include racing a luxury car at a professional racetrack, a sailboat journey to Alta Alella winery, exploring the city’s hidden architectural landmarks through a walking tour, visiting the city’s most famous chocolatiers, touring Barcelona’s fish market and enjoying a wellness experience that fuses art, beauty and gastronomy.
