Mandarin Oriental Announces Turks & Caicos Project

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announced plans to manage residences currently under development on Dellis Cay, Turks and Caicos, in the British West Indies. The private island retreat is scheduled to open in late 2009. Mandarin Oriental Dellis Cay, Turks and Caicos will be located on a 35-acre beachfront site on the southwestern shore of the island. The project will have 25 exclusive suites, 17 private stand-alone villas and 78 multi-roomed apartments. The apartments and villas will be managed as Residences at Mandarin Oriental, for private use or to be included in the rental pool. Dellis Cay, adjacent to Parrot Cay, is accessible by private boat from the main international airport on Providenciales on the main island of Turks and Caicos.
