Mandarin Oriental Sells The Mark, New York

Mandarin Oriental has agreed to sell The Mark, New York for $150 million to a joint entity controlled by Izak Senbahar and Simon Elias. According to Mandarin Oriental, the firm is currently discussing terms of a management agreement with the new owners and expects to continue managing the hotel after the sale.
