Marriott Launches Trial Commission Programs

Marriott International is testing pilot commission programs with Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN) and National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents (NACTA). The OSSN program, which begins in March, will allow agents with Travel Retailers Universal Enumeration (TRUE) numbers and Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance, who are members of Marriott's Hotel Excellence! program, to earn commission on qualifying stays. The test phase will run through Dec. 31. For more information on the program, visit [www.ossn.com/true_registration.asp]. Beginning March 1, NACTA members with a TravelSellers Identification Code can register their agency for a trial program to receive commissions on Marriott brands. Commissions will be paid to qualifying NACTA members who are "Hotel Excellence!" graduates through Dec. 31. NACTA members can register for the program on the Members only page at [www.nacta.com].
