Movenpick Hotels & Resorts has launched 'Movenpick Family' - a new global program designed to take the stress out of family trips. The new program is available at all Movenpick properties worldwide and offers baby essentials on demand, babysitters, healthy children’s menus, family-friendly services, locally-inspired activities and special room discounts.
As part of the program, every Movenpick hotel offers complimentary 'on-demand baby essentials' service, which means strollers, bottle warmers, baby baths, toilet rings, portable cots, child-proof electric plugs and more. Parents also have access to changing tables, babysitting services and kids' TV channels.
For dining, the Movenpick Family program offers 'Power Bites' - healthy meals designed to inspire fun food experiences. Tomato caterpillars and fresh fruit snakes are just a few of the 'power bite' options. Each restaurant also has color-in place mats, highchairs for babies and 'kiddie' cutlery and crockery. Additionally, Movenpick has new Little Birds Clubs for children aged two and 12. All offer cooking classes, environmentally-friendly experiences and activities that reflect the local culture. The clubs also provide opportunities to involve parents.
The 'Family Happinest' Offer - the final part of the Movenpick Family program - guarantees that families who book together, all stay together in spacious accommodations. Kids six and under eat for free while kids seven-12 get 50 percent off in the hotel's restaurants and room service. As part of the offer, guests can enjoy special discounted room rates, daily breakfast buffet, a complimentary $20 voucher and free Wi-Fi.
Movenpick Hotels & Resorts has 83 hotels, resorts and Nile cruises in 24 countries around the world. Around 20 properties are planned or currently under construction, including those in Chiang Mai (Thailand), Al Khobar (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Nairobi (Kenya).
