MP Hotels to Open Its Second Design Plus Hotel, Seya Beach Hotel

On June 25, MP Hotels will open Seya Beach Hotel in the coastal beach town of Alaçati, Turkey. The hotel is the second in the company’s new Design Plus brand.

Located in Alaçati, a town known for its windmills, vineyards and surf scene, the 190-room hotel draws inspiration from the town itself. The building’s design takes after the stoned structures of Alaçati and the color tones of its rooms are inspired by the town’s palette.

The hotel property includes a private beach, swimming pool, spa center, dance club with a DJ and onsite bars and restaurants. Its restaurants specialize in Turkish, Italian, Mediterranean and Far East cuisine.

MP Hotels rolled out its Design Plus hotel brand last January at Spain’s FITUR 2018 conference. This introduction coincided with the launch of its first property, Hotel BEX in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain. The brand focuses on stylish accommodations, upper end dining and a design that integrates the property into its location. The company’s high-end hotel line has plans for more properties soon but hasn’t announced anything yet.

Founded in 2015 by FTI Group, international hospitality company Meeting Point Hotels includes five brands that comprise 60 properties. These brands include LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts, Design Plus Hotels, Kairaba Hotels Resorts, Clubs Plus Hotels & Resorts and Lemon & Soul Hotels. Meeting Point Hotels’ properties include over 14,000 rooms spread over nine countries and four continents.
