On June 25, MP Hotels will open Seya Beach Hotel in the coastal beach town of Alaçati, Turkey. The hotel is the second in the company’s new Design Plus brand.

Located in Alaçati, a town known for its windmills, vineyards and surf scene, the 190-room hotel draws inspiration from the town itself. The building’s design takes after the stoned structures of Alaçati and the color tones of its rooms are inspired by the town’s palette.

The hotel property includes a private beach, swimming pool, spa center, dance club with a DJ and onsite bars and restaurants. Its restaurants specialize in Turkish, Italian, Mediterranean and Far East cuisine.

The brand focuses on stylish accommodations, upper end dining and a design that integrates the property into its location. The company’s high-end hotel line has plans for more properties soon but hasn’t announced anything yet.
