Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by CTF Georgetown Hotel LLC, new owners of the former Capella Washington, D.C., to take over the management of the Georgetown hotel. The newly revamped property is now open as the Rosewood Washington, D.C.
The property is situated alongside the C&O Canal in the heart of the historic Georgetown neighborhood. The hotel is close to many of the city's cultural attractions, high-end stores and famous restaurants.
