One&Only Ocean Club in Paradise Island, the Bahamas recently announced the appointment of Rachael Palumbo as director of sales and marketing. Palumbo will work closely with General Manager Adriaan Radder to oversee all sales and marketing efforts at the resort in both the travel and group markets.
Prior to her role at One&Only Ocean Club, Palumbo worked for the Westin Le Paradis Beach & Golf Resort as director of sales and marketing during the pre-opening of the resort. She also held leadership roles with W Hotels, Le Meridien and Sheraton within the Caribbean and U.S. market during her nine years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Palumbo earned her bachelor’s degree at Southern Methodist University in Sociology 1991.
