Coastal Hotel Group recently surprised the 2,009th guest of 2009 with special prize packages at two of its premier properties: Hotel Fifty, a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Portland, and The Resort at The Mountain, a destination golf and ski resort located on the western slope of Mt. Hood.
Hotel Fifty’s General Manager Terry Hanley presented his 2,009th guest, Melia Sims, with a complimentary two-night stay in a river-view room, complimentary breakfast and dinner for two at H5O bistro & bar, free parking and an in-room movie. Hotel Fifty completed a $7 million renovation last year and now features modern event spaces, high-end guest rooms, a 24/7 business center and more.

The Resort at The Mountain’s General Manager Frank Casarez presented his 2,009th guest, Jacqueline Nunes, with a special cake prepared by The Resort’s creative culinary team, a complimentary one-night stay, breakfast and dinner for two at Altitude restaurant, a foot massage and a basket of bath products. The Resort is currently undergoing a $17 million renovation, and when complete will feature a new spa and improved golf courses, in addition to the already completed lobby, restaurant, guestrooms and meeting spaces.
