Palace Resorts Announces Restructure of Brand; Hard Rock All-Inclusive Collection

Palace Resorts, an all-inclusive chain with resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, recently announced a shift in the brand - with the launch of the new All-Inclusive Collection, the sales and marketing arm of the world's first ever all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels.

The All-Inclusive Collection, led by Chief Operating Officer Rafael Chapur, will independently promote the new Hard Rock all-inclusive properties, which include Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and three Mexico properties set to launch in 2012 and 2013 -- Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

In the meantime, Gibran Chapur, executive vice president to Palace Resorts, will continue to reinforce the Palace Resorts brand portfolio of seven luxury properties, with the announcement of a new sales and marketing team in addition to property enhancements and upgraded facilities in 2012. 

This shift allows both entities to market the brands independently to different audience an segments, with a focus on the needs specific to each brand and product offering.
