The Reefs Club adjacent to The Reefs, which is widely recognized as one of Bermuda’s best hotels, opens to owners in July. A private club of just 19 two- and three-bedroom beach front residences, The Reefs Club is offered for sale on an affordable fractional ownership basis. For a limited time until the residences are sold, a few will be available for a one-time-only vacation rental. When the Club opens in July, travelers can experience what it would be like to own a luxurious Bermuda vacation home when they enjoy The Reefs Club accommodations for a short-term vacation. Owing to strong demand to vacation at The Club and the limited availability, The Club developers decided, in all fairness, to limit the number of times any one family can rent to once only.
