The Registry Collection, a branch of Wyndham Worldwide hotels, will open three private residence clubs in Thailand. Developed by Raimon Land, the new resorts will include The Heights Private Residence Club in Phucket, The River Private Residence Club in Bangkok, and the Northpoint Private Residence Club in Pattaya.
The Heights Private Residence Club will be the first release, with priority registration from Raimon Land starting at the Alternative Ownership Conference of Hotels & Resorts—Asia Pacific 2009 in Phucket, on October 12-13.
Situated above Kata Beach with views of the Andaman Sea, The Heights Private Residence- IFA Collection has large open terraces and living areas and recreational choices at the
clubhouse, which include an infinity pool, a sun deck, and a Jacuzzi.
The River Private Residence Club-IFA Collection in Bangkok will be located in two towers along the Chao Phraya with views of the surrounding landscape. The facilities will include sky gardens, a 50-meter pool, and dining facilities.
And last, but not least, the Northpoint Private Residence Club- IFA Collection in Pattaya will overlook the Wong-Amat Beach with access to 20 championship golf courses. Featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, duplexes, and penthouses, residents can swim in tiered horizon pools, or relax in the surrounding gardens before visiting the outdoor dining facilities.
