Renaissance M Street Hotel Completes Meeting Space Renovation

The Renaissance M Street hotel in Washington, D.C., recently completed an addition of 10,800 square feet of meeting space, marking the first milestone of a $25.2 million property investment. The hotel will open in spring 2007. "We have taken the hotel's meeting space from the 1980s into the present from color, to feel, to capability," said Director of Sales and Marketing, Thom Puccio. "And with the miles of fiber optic cabling we are one of the most technologically advanced hotels in the city." All carpeting, wall coverings, chairs, linens, fixtures and food and beverage accoutrements have been redesigned.
