Ritz-Carlton is expanding its New York reach with a new property in White Plains. The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester and The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester will be part of a $400 million project currently under development at Main St. and Mamaroneck Ave, called Renaissance Square. The 123-room hotel and 400 private condominiums will be situated in two 40-story towers with a 10,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, two restaurants and meeting and event space. The first tower is expected to open with 213 residences and 23 condominium hotel units in early 2008.
