Rosewood to Manage San Ysidro Ranch

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts revealed that this weekend it inked a deal to manage San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, CA. The resort, which had closed early last year for extensive infrastructural upgrades, is owned by Ty Warner. Rosewood, the luxury hotel management company based in Dallas, has added two other properties to its portfolio over the past year, including the Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe, NM and CordeValle in San Martin, CA. It also plans to open The Mansion on Peachtree in Atlanta in 2008 and Corniche in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2006. And, the long-awaited Acqualina Resort opens in Sunny Isles, FL this Monday; it will be managed by David Kurland.
