Make way for sbe, New York. Hotel and restauranteur Sam Nazarian, we hear, plans to open a Redbury Hotel and Cleo restaurant in SoHo. Details and timeframe are not complete, but the success of the current hotel and restaurant in Los Angeles should have legs on the east coast. That said, SoHo is becoming quite the crowded neighborhood—particularly for hotels (the Mondrian just opened, and Trump Soho and The James also recently debuted). Is it getting to crowded? Time will tell.
