“Engaging audiences in real time and in unscripted, authentic ways is paramount to creating relationships between our brand and our customers,” said Russell in a written release. “The board will not only serve as a place for people to connect, but we also plan to glean insight from the conversations to further enhance our guest experience.”

Topics will be user generated and moderated by Russell himself. In addition to the main message board, the website will include forums for “Meet Ups” where guests can engage with other guests traveling to the same resorts, “WeddingMoons®” where guests can discuss anything related to destination weddings and honeymoons, “Love Letters” where people can share their love to one another publically or arrange for Russell to read a letter to their significant other personally, and monthly “Photo Contests” where guests can enter to win free nights.
