Small Luxury Hotels of the World recently announced further expansion with the addition of Ka’ana Boutique Resort & Spa in Belize and Hotel Encanto in Mexico.
This boosts the brand’s regional portfolio to approximately 90 properties, and marks the debut of its first hotel in Belize. Only 5 percent of the hotels that apply to be part of the brand are accepted after undergoing an extensive inspection and approval process. Small Luxury Hotels of the World now includes more than 500 of the world’s finest independent hotels in more than 70 countries.
