Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. reports it has been recognized once again by the American Automobile Association (AAA) as best in class for product and service in the lodging category at the AAA/CAA Travel Executive Forum held in Las Vegas on March 28. The annual awards recognize valued partnerships in categories of cruise, tour and hotel.

Each year AAA/CAA awards winners in five categories – Overall Partner of the Year and Best in Class for the Product, Service, Technology and Marketing and Sales. AAA/CAA National surveys its Clubs with quarterly satisfaction surveys for input on all preferred travel partners in four categories; air, hotel, cruise and tour in the areas of marketing, sales support, product, service and technology.
