Family-owned and operated for more than 50 years, Topnotch Resort and Spa, a Preferred Boutique and AAA Four Diamond property set on 120 acres near the village of Stowe, VT, is getting a new manager. Terra Resort Group, the Jackson Hole, WY-based hotel management company, will assume management of the property, adding Topnotch to its portfolio of boutique and luxury hotels.
Topnotch Resort and Spa offers 68 guest rooms with views of the Green Mountains. The property features a selection of 40 two- and three-bedroom resort homes. Amenities include a 35,000 square-foot spa; a tennis center with 10 indoor and outdoor courts; two outdoor pools; an indoor lap pool and hydrotherapy whirlpool; organic and locally sourced dining at the signature restaurant Norma’s; and access to cross country and downhill skiing.
Led by President Jamie Yarrow, a 20-year veteran with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Chairman Robert DesLauriers, a native of Burlington, VT who began his hospitality career as the general manager of Bolton Valley Resort, Terra Resort Group will implement its hospitality experience in destination resorts to enhance Topnotch's current operations.
