Pacifica Hotel Company will complete renovation of three of its hotels. A $1.5 million complete renovation of the 87-suite Pacifica Suites in Santa Barbara, scheduled for completion in March 2006, includes guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and meeting rooms. The $800,000 refurbishment of the 80-room Half Moon Bay Lodge, 30 minutes from San Francisco and the Silicon Valley, now complete, added new bedding, draperies, carpet, and artwork to guest rooms. The $1.5 million renovation of the 97 room, ocean front Lighthouse Hotel in Pacifica, CA, to be completed in April 2006, focuses on guest rooms and lobby.
