ACAPULCO, Mexico -- During our coverage of the 36th annual Tianguis Turistico, Travel Agent sat down with Miguel Bautista, senior sales manager for the Excellence Group, and learned that the hotel chain’s Excellence Riviera Cancún will be adding an additional nine Honeymoon Suites by November 11.
The new suites willl be modeled after the company’s two-story suites at its popular La Amada resort in Playa Mujeres. The same concept was recently applied to the company’s Excellence Punta Cana resort. As part of a $10 million renovation, 14 Honeymoon Suites were converted into two-story rooms.
The same concept will be applied to Excellence Riviera Cancún. In fact, five, two-story suites were already added last year with the additional nine on the way.
