Travel Impressions has introduced "The Villa Experience by Travel Impressions", in recognition of the growing popularity of the villa vacation segment of the hospitality industry.The new fully commissionable program includes over 400 villa rental properties in Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe and Mexico. Agents will also get a direct link option to the website.
The move makes Travel Impressions the first full-service tour operator to add this type of product to its portfolio, the company said. Robert Eastman, a pioneer in the field of villa rentals, will be managing director of The Villa Experience product line.
The Villa Experience product includes: a trained team of villa consultants lead by Eastman; Villa Concierge services to handle personal vacationer requests; Virtual Villa Rental Catalogue linked directly to a travel agent’s website; Villa Specials listing any current deals and special rates; Villa Booking Agents to handle travel agent commissionable reservations and a Villa Experience Newsletter providing news and specials.

The Villa Experience by Travel Impressions offers travel agents another selling option when planning their clients’ vacations as bookings are fully commissionable. To assist travel agents with finding the ideal villa for their clients, Travel Impressions has assembled a dedicated team of trained villa consultants. They can recommend villa vacations that are ideal for different niche markets, including family vacations, reunions, honeymoons and weddings, Travel Impressions says.
The Villa Experience also offers concierge services for a variety of arrangements in advance of a client’s visit, such as car rentals, golf tee-times, a private chef or in-room massages - all designed to enhance the overall vacation experience.
Travel agents have the option of linking their website free-of-charge to the Virtual Villa Rental Catalogue which provides the entire inventory of villas directly to their agency website. While on that site, agents and their clients can view a complete description of each property in The Villa Experience portfolio. Agents have the option of printing the page, e-mailing a property description to clients or saving it to a virtual "suitcase" for later viewing, Travel Impressions says.
A reservation form is also posted on the website which can be completed by an agent’s clients with specific requests and travel dates. The form is e-mailed to the booking agent who then would contact a villa consultant to complete the booking process.
Through the dedicated website, agents and their clients can click on the "villa specials" tab at the top of the page to view the most recent deals offered by participating villas.. Agents can also sign-up for The Villa Experience newsletter which provides insider information on villa vacation rentals, upcoming specials, new properties and other noteworthy items.
