The newly renovated Marriott Syracuse Downtown has recently announced it will host a Valentine’s Day celebration for its guests. Visitors will be able to choose between two prix fixe menus at the hotel’s two culinary concepts, in addition to taking advantage of a special Valentine’s Day overnight package.
For guests looking to stay overnight, the Valentine’s Day at Marriott Syracuse Downtown package includes the prix fixe dinner for two at the hotel’s elegant event space, Persian Terrace; overnight accommodations and a welcome amenity of chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. Rates for the weekend start at $349 per night.
Besides the Persian Terrace prix fixe menu, the hotel’s Finger Lakes wine region inspired restaurant, Eleven Waters, will also be offering a select Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu. At Persian Terrace, guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne before selecting their choice of starter, entrée and dessert. For entrées, guests can choose from grilled beef tenderloin, seared sea bass, and Florentine stuffed chicken.
Over at Eleven Waters, guests will choose their first, their second, their entrée and a desert. Entrée choices include Cheek-to-Cheek, which is kurobuta pork cheek, green peppercorn demi, calibut cheek, red peppercorn beurre blanc, root vegetable puree and roasted asparagus tips, or the seared seabass, served with wild mushroom risotto, wilted arugula and a saffron broth.
Dinner at the Persian Terrace will be served from 7:00-9:00 p.m. on February 11 at $129 per couple. Dinner at Eleven Waters will be available from February 11-14 at $99 per couple.
