Among The Siegel Group's five new properties, the Las Vegas boutique resort, RUMOR, opened last month and will offer 10 percent in agent commissions. Formerly the St. Tropez Hotel, across from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the two-story, Tandem-designed property, has 150 suites, including balcony or patio rooms looking out onto the courtyard, and over-sized bathtubs surrounded by mirrors. Hotel amenities include a basket of confections in every room, Warhol-inspired chandelier art and an outdoor dog run, in-suite bowls and plush dog beds for your pets.
Chef Vic Vegas' restaurant, Addiction, offers crème brûlée oatmeal, Cuban Reuben and sea bass satays, inside or outside, in the courtyard. For private events, the private dining room seats 12 at its communal table, underneath the rooms' chandeliers, looking out over the lobby.
Mid-September, RUMOR will introduce the Mark Tracy-designed Fantastic Four Suites.
