W Hotels Worldwide has announced a partnership with athletic brand Puma for a new fitness program. As part of the agreement, W Hotels will be the exclusive hotel partner for Puma's TrainAway collection, set to launch May 31, which will be sold in W's boutique shops. The partners are also developing preloaded iPod running guides for W's five New York hotels, and guests of city properties will receive complimentary jogging maps. In addition, W Hotels will offer a Sweat package beginning June 1, featuring a Puma towel, two bottles of water, jogging map and a 20 percent discount on Puma TrainAway products. This is W's first national fitness initiative since creating the signature Sweat gyms.
