Situated on St-Vincent near Place Jacques-Cartier and the Old Port, the hotel comprises 127 guest rooms and suites, with over 10,000 square feet of event space. There will also be a 180 seat restaurant, a rooftop terrace, a luxury spa with an outdoor pool, a boutique, a café, and views of Montreal’s iconic landmarks.

William Gray will be set on eight floors and incorporate two historic buildings in a new glass tower that sits atop the restored historic Maison Edward-William-Gray and Maison Cherrier. Curated furniture will have a mix of leather and textiles, a grand communal table, and a welcoming bar as well as a lobby and atrium, which will serve as a cultural hub for both travelers and local guests.

Rooms and suites will highlight local art and have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for natural light, along with colored floors and walls, concrete ceilings, black metal light fixtures, white sheer curtains and espresso furniture.
