New Disney Dream Sets Sail on Spring Caribbean Itineraries

The newest addition to Disney Cruise Line, the Disney Dream, has begun her inaugural season of voyages from Port Canaveral, sailing to the historic isle of Nassau, as well as to Castaway Cay, Disney's private island in The Bahamas.

The Disney Dream sails alternating three- and four-night cruises from Port Canaveral, Florida. During the summer months, the ship alternates four- and five-night itineraries with two stops at Castaway Cay.

The Disney Dream is distinguished by its classic early 20th-century design, which harkens back to the golden age of cruising-exuberant details, state-of-the-art technology and a myriad of industry firsts. Among the innovations: the first-ever shipboard water coaster, the AquaDuck, Magical Portholes inside staterooms offering a real-time view outside the ship through high-definition cameras, and an array of exclusive family, teen and adult-only venues.
